ABSTRACT

This study aimed to describe the effectiveness of the assignment in the Office of Public Works District Kulonprogo related to leadership style, Work Motivation and Organizational
Values. In this study has limitations of the number of respondents, selection veriabel, conceptual and theoretical. This provides plenty of opportunity for other researchers to
study this as the theme of his writing in the form of essay, thesis, dissertations and journals, so the topic is more prominent and parallel to the theme of the other human
resource development.

Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Values and Cultural Organization Effectiveness Task Execution.
