PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA,KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA CANTIQUINNE YOGYAKARTA DI YOGYAKARTA
ABSTRACT
Employees are the important asset to the Company,Therefore,the company must pay attention to the performance of the employees.There are several factors that affect the performance of employees,such as motivation,leadership,and compensation.The research objective was to determine the variables of motivation,leadership,and compensation on the performance of employee of Cantiquinne Yogyakarta. This research uses census methods,because taking a population of 60 people are used as research subject.Methodes of data collection using questionnaire methods and methods of data analisys using linear regression. The result showed that are partially significant and positive effect between motivation,leadership and compensation on the performance of employee.
