PENGARUH PELATIHAN, STRES KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DINAS PEKERJAAN UMUM DAN PERUMAHAN KABUPATEN SLEMAN
ABSTRACT
This research was conducted to examine the effect of the slimutan training, work stress and work motivation on employee performance, analyzing the partial effect of training on employee performance, job stress on employee performance and motivation on employee performance. This study used survey methods, sampling and questionnaires a accumulating data. The study was conducted at the Department of Public Works and Housing Sleman regency. Data is collected starting in January 2013. The data used in this study include primary data and secondary data. The method used in this study is a quantitative method by using statistical formulas to help analyze the data obtained from the field. The quantitative method used is multiple linear regression analysis that has included analysis of the F test, T test and coefficient detreminasi. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 17 statistical software. The results showed that there is a simultaneous effect between training, work stress and work motivation terhdap signifkansi employee performance with value 0.000. Partially the result that there is a training penaruh terhdapa employee performance with the results of a significance of 0.024, and the influence of motivation on performance katyawan with a significance of 0.000. Detreminasi coefficient obtained at 0.566, meaning that contributions linkages between training, work stress and work motivation on employee performance results obtained for 54,8%, the rest is influenced by other variables that are not in this study.
