PENGARUH UPAH, JAMINAN SOSIAL DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS TENAGA KERJA DI PT. KURNIA BUMI PERTIWI KULON PROGO
ABSTRACT
This research was conducted to examine the effect of the slimutan (together) wages, social security and work environment on labor productivity, partially analyze the effect of wages on labor productivity, social security on labor productivity and working environment on labor productivity. This study used survey methods, sampling and questionnaires as the main data collection tool. The study was conducted at PT Kurnia Bumi Pertiwi Kulonprogo. Data is collected starting in January 2013. The data used in this study include primary data and secondary data. The method used in this study is a quantitative method by using statistical formulas to help analyze the data obtained from the field. The quantitative method used is multiple linear regression analysis that has included analysis of the F test, T test and coefficient detreminasi. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 17 statistical software. The results showed that there is a simultaneous effect between wages, social security and work environment on labor productivity with a value of 0.000 signifkansi. Partially the result that there is penaruh wages on labor productivity with the results of a significance of 0.002 and the influence of social security on labor productivity with a significance of 0.000. Detreminasi coefficient obtained at 0.599, meaning that the relationship between the contribution of wages, social security and work environment on labor productivity results obtained for 59.9%, the rest is influenced by other variables that are not in this study.
