PENGARUH MOTIVASI, KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMP NEGERI KECAMATAN WATES KABUPATEN KULON PROGO

ABSTRACT

This study aims to identify and analyze the performance of Junior High School teacher in sub district Wates, Kulon Progo Regency. This study uses the motivation variable, school principal leadership and work environment to analyze the influence of the teacher performance. The populations in this study are all junior high school teachers sub district Wates, Kulon Progo Regency amounted to 172 teachers. This study used random sampling techniques with a sample of 120 teachers. Data were collected by using the questionnaire method by giving a list of questions / questionnaires directly to the respondents. Data analysis technique in this study is using multiple linear regression analysis by using SPSS. The results showed that motivation variable, principal leadership and work environment affect partially and together on teacher performance. Furthermore motivation variables showed a dominant influence on the performance of junior high school teacher sub dictrict Wates, Kulon Progo Regency.
