FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA PENYULUH DI KANTOR KETAHANAN PANGAN DAN PENYULUHAN PERTANIAN PERIKANAN DAN KEHUTANAN KABUPATEN KULON PROGO
ABSTRACT
This study was conducted to determine factors that affect the performance of counselor in Food Security and Counseling Office of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry of Kulon Progo Regency. These factors are leadership, motivation, training, and work environment. Hypothesis testing is done using the census method the amount of samples is the entire population, the data obtained directly from the primary source by distributing questionnaires to all the counselors 84 people. The analysis used are the validity test, reliability test, and hypotheses test, with SPSS using multiple linear regression analysis. The results together with the F test shows that the independent variables consisting of leadership, motivation, training and work environment variables have a significant effect on the performance of counselors. Partially, leadership, training and work environment has a significant influence on the performance of counselors while the motivation variable doesn’t show significant effect. The results with coefficient of determination (R2) indicates that forty-five point eight percent counselors performance variable can be explained by independent variables, namely leadership, motivation, training and work environment, while the rest is explained by other variables. From the research, the dominant variable has a significant influence on the performance of the counselors is leadership variable.
