PENGARUH KOMPENSASI, BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA DOSEN PADA STMIK AMIKOM YOGYAKARTA
ABSTRACT
Higher Education is an educational services agency in the implementation of activities to be supported by skilled human resources and reliable, one of which was a lecturer. Many factors can affect the performance of lecturers such as compensation, organizational culture and work stress. Through the provision of adequate compensation, organizational culture as well as the level of stress in being able to improve the level of faculty performance. The theory used to explain the influence of compensation, organizational culture and work stress on performance, compensation using the theory proposed by Simamora (2004), organizational culture according to Kreitner (1992), as well as work stress, according to Higgins (in Umar, 1998:259). This research method using quantitative descriptive research, and the nature of the research is the explanation. The population is a lecturer who has NIDN in Yogyakarta Amikom STMIK totaling 302 people. The research sample was determined using proportionate stratified non random sampling method. Taking the sample size using the formula of Slovin, in order to obtain a sample size of 173 people. Scale measurements using Linkert scale. Model analysis of the data used to answer multiple regression analysis hypothesis is with SPSS 17.0 software, using a confidence level of 95%. Based on the data analysis, it is concluded that the variable compensation, organizational culture and work stress jointly significant effect on performance. Contributions variable compensation, organizational culture and work stress on faculty performance by 69.2% with the most dominant variables that affect organizational culture is variable. The results showed that partial compensation, organizational culture and work stress significant positive effect on performance.
