PENGARUH SUPERVISI BUDAYA KERJA DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI DI KECAMATAN WATES KABUPATEN KULON PROGO
ABSTRACT
This study aimed to determine The Effect of Supervision, work culture, and motivation toward performance (2) The Effect of Supervision towards performance (3) The effect of Work Culture towards Performance (3) The Effect of motivation towards performance (4) Variable dominant which influence performance. The method used is a survey method with the quantitative approach. The research is descriptive while the study populations were elementary school teachers in District Wates. Samples were taken as much as 71 by using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques with questionnaires have gone through the test of validity and reliability. Questionnaires some 15 statements of the variable of supervision, work culture, motivation and performance declared valid and reliable. Analysis Techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, whereas data processing using SPSS software for windows The results of this study showed that supervision, work culture and motivation significantly jointly on the performance of public primary school teachers in District Wates. While partially, supervision doesn’t have significant effect on the performance of teachers, work culture and motivation partially affect the performance of public primary school teachers in District Wates. From the regression analysis results that motivation is the dominant variable that affect the performance. The amount of the influence of supervision, work culture and motivation on the performance of teachers is twenty six point five percent while the remaining percentage influenced by other variables beyond the variables studied. In order to increase the performance of teachers, it is necessary to build a work culture and work encouragement stimuli and reward which proportionally as a form of teacher motivation that lead to positive things, supported by all elements of the school.
