PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSAKSIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Pada Rowling Transport Car Rent And Tour Di Yogyakarta)
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style on performance, to analyze the effect of transactional leadership styles on performance and to analyze the leadership style which is the most dominant influence on performance. The research method in this study is needed temporary census samples in this study were 35 respondents, the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis tools using multiple regression analysis with F test and t test. The results showed that Ada positive and significant between transformational leadership style (X1) on employee performance Rowling Car And Tour (Y). There posisif influence and significant correlation between transactional leadership style (X2) with employee performance employee Rowling Car And Tour (Y). There are influences together variables of transformational leadership style variable (X1) and transactional leadership style (X2) on employee performance employee Rowling Car And Tour (Y). Variable variables of transformational leadership style (X1) and transactional leadership style (X2) on employee performance employee Rowling Car And Tour (Y) equal to 53.4%, while the remaining 46.6% is explained by other variables outside the model. While the most dominant variable is transactional leadership. The conclusion of this research is signifkan There is influence between transactional leadership style and transformational leadership styles on employee performance either partially or simultaneously.
