PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA BADAN KEPEGAWAIAN DAERAH KABUPATEN BANGGAI KEPULAUAN PROVINSI SULAWESI TENGAH
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of leadership style, organizational culture, and organizational commitment to employee performance at Body of Banggai Islands Regency Area Officer Central Sulawesi Province. This research use census method and data that used in this research is primary data of questionnaire. Population of the current research is 60 people. Analytical techniques used in the research were using statistical software SPSS 16.0. The results showed that the research hypothesis is accepted. This research concluded that partial positive leadership style on employee performance, organizational culture is a positive effect on employee performance and organizational commitment have a positive effect on employee performance. While leadership style, organizational culture and organizational commitment jointly positive effect on employee performance. The empiric finding, indicated that to increase employee performance, at Body of Banggai Islands Regency Area Officer need to pay attention to factors that influencing employee performance such as leadership style, organizational culture, and organizational commitment. Because by given the referable the relation, influence to design strategy utilize improvement of employee performance.
