ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research is to analyze the performance of the employee Department of Population and Civil Registration Banggai Islands. The issues raised in this research are: 1) Does the leadership, organizational climate and work motivation simultaneously effect on the performance of employees in the Department of Population and Civil Registration Banggai Islands? 2) Is the leadership, organizational climate and motivation partial affect the performance of employees in the Department of Population and Civil Registration Banggai Islands ?. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The independent variables in this model is leadership, organizational climate, and work motivation, while the dependent variable is the performance of an employee. To determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable partially used t test. On the other hand, to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable is simutan, used F test The sample used in this study were 50 respondents were determined using total sampling technique. Data collection methods used are literature, documentation, questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the variable leadership, organizational climate, and work motivation jointly affect the performance of the staff of the Department of Population and Civil Registration Banggai Islands, and individually or paersial only leadership and motivation variables that have an influence on performance of employees in the Department of Population and Civil Registration Banggai Islands, while the organizational climate variables individually or partial no effect on the performance of employees in the Department of Population and Civil Registration Banggai Islands.
