PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN DISIPLIN TERHADAP KINERJA GURU YANG TELAH MENERIMA TUNJANGAN PROFESI PADA SMK N 2 PENGASIH KULON PROGO

ABSTRACT

This research discribes teacher compensation, the teachers discipline and hold over the teacher performance in SMK N 2 Pengasih Kulon Progo. The research is conducted in SMK N 2 Pengasih Kulon Progo samples taken are 48 teachers with random sampling technique. The research is analyzed descriptively using the method of survey and respect techniques. The research result showed that the research hipothesis was valid it means that there is positive respect between free variable and cloze variable either individually or collectively from the analysis. It can be conduded that the contribution of teacher compensation towards teachers performance is about 0,674 the contribution of teacher discipline is about 0,522 that contribution of both teacher compensation and discipline towards teacher performance is about 0,489. Therefore it is suggested that to increase techers performance is necessey to increase both teachers compensation and techers discipline.
