PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN DISIPLIN TERHADAP KINERJA PERANGKAT DESA DI KECAMATAN KOKAP
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work discipline on the performance of civil servant, particular Kokap village in the district (Case Study). The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to a sample of the element number 53. Analysis of research data using multiple lineier regression analysis. The result showed that : F test result indicate that sig. of 0.0001, which means, that two independent variables, namely: leadership style variables (X1) and the discipline of work (X2) together influential and significant impact on employee performance (Y). And t test results showed that all independent variables, namely leadership style (X1) and discipline (X2) has sig value smaller than 0.05, meaning that each independent variable partial effect on employee performance (Y).
