ANALISIS PENGARUH MANAJEMEN KARIR ORGANISASIONAL, MANAJEMEN KARIR INDIVIDU DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS KARIR PEGAWAI (Studi pada Secretaria de Estado da Política Energética República Democrática de Timor Leste)
ABSTRACT
The objective of this research is to find out the effect of organizational career management influence, individual career management and competency on the employees career effectiveness of Secretary of State for Energy Policy Republic Democratic of Timor Leste. Primary data concerning of organizational career management, individual career management, competency and employees career effectiveness are being used to conduct this research. The samples of this research were 66 employees of a variety of Secretary of State for Energy Policy Republic Democratic of Timor Leste organizations. Data analyses in this research use the regression partial analyses and the multiple linier regression analyses by using SPSS software. According to these data analyses, find out that organizational career management should be positively and significantly effect on employees career effectiveness. Individual career management should be positively and significantly effect on employees career effectiveness. Competency should be positively and significantly effect on employees career effectiveness. Organizational career management, individual career management and competency should be significantly effect on employees career effectiveness. Finally, is that employees career effectiveness level will be greater when the organizational career management, Individual career management and competency level are being greater.
