MODEL PRODUKTIVITAS ALAT BERAT BACKHOE BERDASARKAN KARAKTERISTIK OPERATOR
ABSTRACT
Lava is volcanic materials flowing in slope of volcano which contain stone, sand and gravel due to water stream. This lava flood will cause malfunction of river if there is no dredging work by backhoe. Dredging of big volume materials needs heavy equipment, so that the heavy equipment productivity should be counted as good as possible and it will run smoothly on the ground. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that effect backhoe operator productivity, namely: age, education, experience and expertise. The subject of their study is heavy equipment operator and the object is its productivity. There are two kind of data in their study, primary data and secondary data. Primary data is collected directly from the ground. The research methods used is the correlation with regression analyzing. The analyzing reveals that age, education, experience and expertise has firm association with the working volume of backhoe heavy equipment operator’s productivity. The F test reveals that age, education, experience and expertise are all significantly affecting the working volume of backhoe heavy equipment productivity. The Sig. value of experience is 0,017< 0,05 and expertise is 0,007 < 0,05 which is mean experience and expertise are the most influential on the working volume of backhoe heavy equipment operator’s productivity.
